A classic favourable cake flavour consists of 3 layers of light chocolate sponge, cream and cherries to fill, and topped with dark chocolate shavings and slightly dusted with sugar.
Available in large slabs that can be cut into logs or smaller slab portions for sale. Can serve up to 20 plus adults and great for big gatherings and family events.
