For 29 years, we have been proud to serve New Zealand, standing alongside local producers and the customers who make our journey possible. In a world where supporting local matters more than ever, we remain committed to using 100% New Zealand dairy cream, locally sourced eggs and butter, and premium Finetex Hi Ratio Flour to ensure every gateau meets the highest standards of quality. Choosing local ingredients isn't always the easiest path, but it reflects our philosophy: when we support the growers and suppliers around us, we strengthen the community that supports us in return.

Freshness is at the heart of everything we create. Wherever possible, we source produce straight from the farm, bringing vibrant flavour and authenticity to every bite.

Each cake is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. From delicate decorations to perfectly balanced textures, our team pours skill, precision, and pride into every creation. Behind the scenes, strict hygiene standards and a carefully maintained preparation environment ensure that quality and safety are never compromised.

Our dedication to quality and community has been recognised across New Zealand. But for us, being a cakery is about more than cakes.

We believe a business truly thrives when it grows alongside its community. We partner with institutes such as MIT and NZMA to provide jobs and opportunities for students across New Zealand, helping to shape the next generation of talent. Since the onset of the pandemic, we have also proudly donated thousands of cakes to schools and charities — contributing to moments of celebration, comfort, and connection when they were needed most.
